Flying Goose Sriracha 2026 – New Varieties in the Pikantista Test
Flying Goose is the Sriracha brand – and in 2025/26, the Thai brand has significantly expanded its product range. You're already familiar with the classics. But have you tried the new varieties? We've tested them all. Pikantistas are chili lovers and connoisseurs – just like you.
Flying Goose – The Brand Briefly Explained
Flying Goose was founded in Thailand in 1999 and is now one of the most well-known hot sauce brands worldwide. The sauces are based on an original recipe from the Si Racha region and are made exclusively from sun-ripened Thai chilies. Gluten-free, suitable for vegetarians – and with a quality that clearly sets it apart from most supermarket srirachas.
After years of projects like Pika Pika and Chili Mafia, and shops like chili-saucen.com and chili-plants.com, we know: Flying Goose is one of the few brands that consistently delivers. Pikantista!
What's New at Flying Goose in 2025/26?
The product range has been expanded in two directions: upwards in terms of heat – and at the same time towards creamy dips and fusion varieties. The most important new products:
| New Variety | Special Feature | Scoville (SHU) |
|---|---|---|
| Flying Goose Ghost Pepper Sriracha | Bhut Jolokia base – extremely hot | ~100,000+ |
| Spicy Sriracha Mayo | Hotter mayo variant for snacks | ~500 |
| Sriracha Wasabi | Fusion for sushi fans | ~800 |
| Black Pepper Sriracha | Intense pepper character | ~2,000 |
Ghost Pepper Sriracha – The Highlight of 2025/26
This is the new product that heat fans have been waiting for. Flying Goose Ghost Pepper Sriracha uses Bhut Jolokia as its base – over 100,000 Scoville in the typical, creamy Sriracha texture.
What makes it special: Flying Goose has maintained the balance. You get real Ghost Pepper heat – but not just fire without flavor. The fruity note of the Bhut Jolokia comes through. The best extreme sauces are always those where, despite the heat, you can still taste what's in them.
For comparison: The previous top of the range was the Blackout Sauce with 30,000 SHU. The Ghost Pepper variant is thus more than three times as hot. You can find a complete overview of Scoville values in our Pikantista Scoville Guide.
Spicy Sriracha Mayo – The Dip Trend of 2026
Sriracha meets mayonnaise – this is not a new concept, but Flying Goose has consistently developed it further in 2025. The new Spicy Sriracha Mayo is hotter than the well-known Mayoo variant and specifically designed for snacks: chicken wings, fries, burgers, wraps. A good Sriracha mayo is the fastest way to elevate any snack to another level.
Sriracha Wasabi – Fusion for Sushi Fans
The Flying Goose Sriracha Wasabi is the boldest product in the new line. Sriracha heat meets the nasal heat of Wasabi – an experience that works especially well with sushi, sashimi, and Asian noodles. Not for everyone – but definitely worth a try for those looking for variety.
Old vs. New – Is the Upgrade Worth It?
The honest answer: It depends on what you're looking for.
