We are Pikantistas

Welcome to Pikantista.com, a store by Chili Mafia GmbH, where we have been living the world of spice since 2018. The Chili Mafia GmbH is a small team that loves chilies and hot sauces and literally "burns" for the project.

We have been an Amazon seller since 2018 – initially under our former brand "Pika Pika Chili Compositions," and today as "Chili Mafia Hot Sauces." Below, you will find a summary of our reviews as a seller on Amazon.

Our Chili World: Three Specialized Shops

In addition, we operate two other stores:

  • Chili-Saucen.com - another version of Pikantista.com
  • Chili-Plants.com - selling chili seeds of special varieties along with plenty of information on cultivation, care, preparation, and processing
  • ChiliMafia.com - the Hot Sauce Boxes shop featuring chili sauces from small European producers

Who are the Pikantistas

Fabian

Fabian has appreciated chilies since his childhood in Venezuela, Latin America. Starting in 2015, he worked on various spicy projects on the side, attending several chili festivals as a hot sauce producer (Hannover, Amsterdam, Brussels). After an extensive testing phase and the development of a business plan, he turned to the chili world full-time in early 2019.

Among other things, he is dedicated to his own hot sauce production in Trier – made in small batches and without additives – as well as marketing collaborations with other European "small batch" chili sauce producers. Building the Pikantista.com project is his next passion project.

Fabian wants to convince Europe of the passion, flavor, and excitement behind the lifestyle of hot sauces and chili sauces.

Peter

Peter was inspired by his girlfriend to start eating spicy food. He quickly caught "fire and flame" and grew to love the diversity of chilies. However, in Germany, many chili varieties were and still are rare. Therefore, Peter ordered chili seeds from abroad and grew them in his living room and on his balcony in Berlin. Among them were incredibly delicious varieties – flavors that hardly anyone knew existed. Today, "the dragon" loves hot sauces and chili sauces, enjoying them much like others would enjoy a fine glass of wine.
