For us, Pikantista means: connoisseur and lover of chilli. On this page we collect the hot sauce brands we know, have tested or know personally, sorted by region. The page grows slowly, brand by brand, and one day it should show makers from all over Europe. We don't sell every brand in the shop. Every brand page tells you honestly what we think of it.

How we rate
For every brand we say what is good and what is not. The Scoville values are guide values. How the scale works is explained in our Scoville scale. All the hot sauces we carry in the shop are in the Chili sauces collection.
