This Carolina Reaper chili sauce is naturally hot, but the flavour doesn't fall short. A delicious tomato-based sauce with subtle bell pepper notes. The apple cider vinegar and lemon juice are unobtrusive and pleasantly refreshing. An excellent sauce for adding extra heat, for chili-heads and lovers of spicy flavour. Tastes great with pasta, for livening up and refining currywurst sauces, grilled meat and burgers.
Our most popular Carolina Reaper sauce has about 90,000 Scoville and is a real treat for experienced chili-heads. If you don't eat spicy food very often, try the sauce carefully in small amounts.

This is possibly the best chilli sauce I've ever had, loads of fruit from all the berries, and a real kick from the Scorpions. Particularly good with wild boar and venison.
