Carolina Reaper Sauce 150 ml

I, Pikantista, have known Doctor Salsas for many years. It was a hard fight to establish the Pikantista world in Spain, and now I even work with them. I am also part of the Doctor Salsas project.

The Carolina Reaper sauce is not the hottest of the collection, it has 8% Carolina Reaper. But it is especially tasty, because Doctor Salsas uses green Carolina Reapers. The acidity is especially good, and the sauce is slightly smoky because roasted jalapeños are cooked along with it. Less hot than you would expect, but still properly hot.
