As soon as you open the bottle, experienced chilli lovers will notice two things: the pure aroma of chillies and the warning, pungent smell of extreme heat. Given the chillies used, the heat level could even exceed one million.
We tested the sauce very carefully and can confirm: very tasty but incredibly hot. In our own estimation around 400,000–500,000 Scoville. Listed below at 600,000, as 90% hot chillies at 1–1.4 million Scoville are incredibly hot.

This is possibly the best chilli sauce I've ever had, loads of fruit from all the berries, and a real kick from the Scorpions. Particularly good with wild boar and venison.
