Professor Payne Indeass doesn't take himself seriously – his sauces, however, he does. Flamin' Flatulence puts red habanero in the lead role. Vegetable juice and salsa picante add body, garlic savouriness, brown sugar roundness, and orange extract brings a fruity note that pairs perfectly with the habanero.
Neat, it is not for everyone – but it is perfect for extra hot drinks. Mixed, always great. And as a gift, a guaranteed laugh.

This is possibly the best chilli sauce I've ever had, loads of fruit from all the berries, and a real kick from the Scorpions. Particularly good with wild boar and venison.
