Behind the Puckerbutt Pepper Company is Ed Currie – the man who bred the Carolina Reaper. In the Voodoo Prince Death Mamba, everything revolves around the Naga Jolokia (ghost pepper): it makes up most of the sauce and is added again as powder, backed by habanero powder. Underneath is a spicy base of onions, garlic, cumin, mustard and white and black pepper.
The Pikantista, honestly: it is not my personal favourite – but for this heat: respect! Hardcore stuff for true chilli heads.

This is possibly the best chilli sauce I've ever had, loads of fruit from all the berries, and a real kick from the Scorpions. Particularly good with wild boar and venison.
