Der säuerlich erfrischende Geschmack der weißen Fatalii steht bei dieser Soße im Mittelpunkt. Kokos tritt als Geschmacksträger ganz in den Hintergrund. Die Schärfe und die Säure prickeln auf der Zunge und das Aroma der afrikanischen Chilisorte kommen voll zur Geltung.
Diese Soße verwenden wir gerne zum Dippen von Chicken-Nuggets. Auch zu Fisch und asiatischen Gerichten aus dem Wok eine fantastische Sauce.

This is possibly the best chilli sauce I've ever had, loads of fruit from all the berries, and a real kick from the Scorpions. Particularly good with wild boar and venison.
