"Al Sur del Infierno" – "south of hell" – comes from Spain. Made in Granada by the fine Doctor Salsas manufactory. Top quality, despite being simply hot, hot, hot. The carrots are a surprising treat in any chili sauce. Perfect on filled rolls with lettuce and gherkins.

This is possibly the best chilli sauce I've ever had, loads of fruit from all the berries, and a real kick from the Scorpions. Particularly good with wild boar and venison.
