As fresh and explosive as a great tropical storm. Habanero peppers grown on the rooftops of Brussels without chemical additives. Ripe mangoes, fresh garlic and ginger, organic limes and a complex blend of hand-pressed exotic spices: a concentrate of sunshine that transforms even the most ordinary dishes.
The combination of chilli and ginger gradually builds the heat, delivering a progressive and lasting rush. This was the first SWET sauce, made at home in 2019. Prepared by hand in Brussels using only fresh ingredients. Vegan, fat-free, low in calories, 100% natural.

This is possibly the best chilli sauce I've ever had, loads of fruit from all the berries, and a real kick from the Scorpions. Particularly good with wild boar and venison.
