This sauce retains the typical taste of Tabasco, but adds fruity and very hot Trinidad Scorpion chilies. The sauce is slightly tangy from the spirit vinegar and paired with a heat of about 50,000 Scoville, which is immediately present and lasts nicely.
TABASCO® Scorpion Pepper Sauce is about 10 times hotter than the original Tabasco sauce. It is only produced in small quantities and is not always available – best get it now.
Fairly inexpensive for a Trinidad Scorpion chili sauce, and the fruitiness of the Capsicum chinense is easy to taste. If you like your pizza, stews and soups very hot, Tabasco Scorpion is for you.

This is possibly the best chilli sauce I've ever had, loads of fruit from all the berries, and a real kick from the Scorpions. Particularly good with wild boar and venison.
