The Thai Dragon chili comes from Southeast Asia and is also called "Prik" in Thailand. The Thai Dragon is quite hardy, forms small, compact bushes up to 60 cm tall and produces an abundance of pods. The slender, elongated fruits, about 7 cm long, are thin-walled, ripen from green to red and are ideal for drying and pickling.

This is possibly the best chilli sauce I've ever had, loads of fruit from all the berries, and a real kick from the Scorpions. Particularly good with wild boar and venison.
