Originating from Bolivia, the Aji Benito chili belongs to the Capsicum baccatum species. The plant has a branched, spreading habit and a long flowering period with an abundant harvest. It grows about 80–90 cm tall and 60 cm wide and also does well in cooler temperatures. Its pods are known for their unique, fruity and floral aromas.

This is possibly the best chilli sauce I've ever had, loads of fruit from all the berries, and a real kick from the Scorpions. Particularly good with wild boar and venison.
