The smoky aroma and the heat come from the chili variety bred in Trinidad and Tobago. The chilies have a pointed stinger, a sign of a particularly hot variety. In 2012 the chili used held the title of the world's hottest chili. Besides the typical smoky aroma of brown chilies, the ripe, chocolate-brown pods have an intense fruity aroma.
This chili sauce is very hot, and you should have some experience with hot sauces. If you're a chili-head, Killer Scorpion will turn you into a connoisseur of heat as well. Very tasty with grilled meat and for seasoning when cooking. We also like Killer Scorpion with chicken nuggets when cooking has to be really quick.

This is possibly the best chilli sauce I've ever had, loads of fruit from all the berries, and a real kick from the Scorpions. Particularly good with wild boar and venison.
