1 x Ghost Pepper & Mango with about 30,000 Scoville (heat: 8/10): the ghost pepper (also called Bhut Jolokia) is a very hot chili that gives this sauce the right punch. Very hot but not overwhelming.
1 x Trinidad Scorpion & Clementine approx. 50,000 Scoville (heat: 9/10): this sauce is a little hotter and more tangy. The best of the 3 sauces for use as a marinade.
1 x Carolina Reaper & Blueberry with about 65,000 Scoville (heat: 10/10): very fruity and packs a real punch. Perfect for a Mexican evening.

This is possibly the best chilli sauce I've ever had, loads of fruit from all the berries, and a real kick from the Scorpions. Particularly good with wild boar and venison.
