Da'Bomb Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce with 22,800 Scoville. With habanero and ghost pepper chilli powder. Unlike the other Da'Bomb sauces, this one contains no chilli extract. Full of flavour with a relatively mild heat that nevertheless hits lightning fast. This ghost pepper hot sauce is excellent for refining stews, sauces and dips and giving them a powerful kick of heat.

Unlike its big sisters Beyond Insanity and Ground Zero, Ghost Pepper is relatively mild at heat level 8 out of 10. The other two Da'Bomb sauces are at heat level 10-plus. Ingredients such as habanero, mango, lime and tomato paste give it a lovely fruitiness. Made without vinegar and with lime juice – very tasty.

This is possibly the best chilli sauce I've ever had, loads of fruit from all the berries, and a real kick from the Scorpions. Particularly good with wild boar and venison.
