At over one million Scoville, Dave's Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce is one of the hottest chilli sauces without added capsaicin extract. This makes this very hot sauce a “pleasant” taste experience. Nicely fruity with a hint of garlic. Great colour and texture. Mercilessly hot and yet “enjoyable”. Use only drop by drop. Keep out of reach of children. Caution, very hot!

This is possibly the best chilli sauce I've ever had, loads of fruit from all the berries, and a real kick from the Scorpions. Particularly good with wild boar and venison.
