A new creation from the Chilli Alchemists of Dorset, England. Sriracha-style with pineapple and plenty of garlic, Scotch bonnets and craft IPA beer, backed by Citra hops. A wonderful flavour. Excellent with chicken, fish and vegan dishes.
The combination of the slightly bitter hop aromas, fruity Scotch bonnets, spicy garlic and exotic pineapple harmonises brilliantly in this sriracha-style sauce.

This is possibly the best chilli sauce I've ever had, loads of fruit from all the berries, and a real kick from the Scorpions. Particularly good with wild boar and venison.
