A hot sauce with delicious hot chili varieties. In terms of flavour, Mule Sauce could be described as a particularly hot paprika sauce – or better, a puszta-style sauce.
The Scotch Bonnets used (Capsicum chinense) reach up to 450,000 SHU (Scoville Heat Units). They are slightly hotter than classic habanero varieties and taste very fruity, reminiscent of peach. The sauce itself reaches a heat of about 35,000 Scoville – about 10 times the heat of Tabasco. You should have some practice and like spicy food. For lovers of hot food, the heat level is just right.
A great combination of tomato, bell pepper and hot chili peppers. Perfect for seasoning all Italian sauces such as Bolognese or arrabbiata.

This is possibly the best chilli sauce I've ever had, loads of fruit from all the berries, and a real kick from the Scorpions. Particularly good with wild boar and venison.
