Heat meets fruit in perfection. A round, full flavour with a good heat that is tough but fair. Ideal for seasoning vegan dishes and Caribbean food. Fish and chicken can be fantastically livened up with this sauce. Great pulpy to chunky consistency.
Like the sauce itself, the chilies come from Austria.

This is possibly the best chilli sauce I've ever had, loads of fruit from all the berries, and a real kick from the Scorpions. Particularly good with wild boar and venison.
